TEUFF did a toxic note. DRYS did convertible preferred, which allowed the shorts (there was a MASSIVE short squeeze that drove the price up to $100). I would love to see toxic notes outlawed, but I've seen no signs of the regulators doing anything about them, or them slowing down. Most of the stocks I post about have many still on the books and add more every quarter or two.
