Been a long time since I posted here but I have been with you guys since the beginning. Just wanted to pipe in on the subject of automated planes, trains, trucks, cars, etc. Let me ask you a question...in what scenario would a driver/conductor/pilot be more apt to say, "I'm just going to close my eyes for a minute." In an automated device or in one that they had 100% control? I would think that you would catch more people napping on the job when they thought that the computer was driving for them. Pilots don't fly all the time but they can't fall asleep on their flights...i.e. Sully! Just my thoughts but I don't see any of this automation having any affect on our watch, and if anything I think it might be needed more!
