If you don't know by now "what grounds" the BCSC has to go after him on, by now.....that is very sad.

When are you going to understand that Barrick is a separate issue? Yes, the BCSC could very well end up "in trouble" regarding ABX/MINA PASCUA.....but that has nothing to do with lopehandia......and HIS CLAIMS about Mina Pascua. BTW.....you do realize that the same injunction was in place when JL did "the deal" with MSX....don't you? The BCSC realizes it....I made sure of that many months ago.
