I think a rally is possible

Intel is converting its shares to common....over 4.9 million common shares, and it seems they want to dispose of them. But to sell something you need others willing to buy, and the sheep tend to shy away from a falling share price....imo some manipulation to keep the herd buying and holding wouldn't shock me.
