Now we know why there's been no ASNB insider buying lately. Their insider trading policy prohibits transactions when they have "material information" that's not been disclosed to the public. This statement, found in the last 2 10qs, qualifies as "material information."
"The decrease is due to anticipated reductions in product sales from one significant customer."
