If it is IBM http://www-01.ibm.com/common/ssi/cgi-bin/ssialias?htmlfid=TTE03004USEN it may be that IBM has one or more airlines seriously interested. But, IBM wants the product in hand (and maybe even installed) before any announcement. Then it would be an IBM announcement with equipment supplier Mikros Systems. Little old MKRS is not going to upstage IBM. Could be an incentive bonus to maintain silence until IBM stops the embargo.
The PR reaffirming that the Largo facility will be manufacturing for the commercial customer likely means it's going to be a little longer time before the announcement? Patience.
