Possibly found the merging company. See below!

We know that Mr. Lee is the key person for the company but, until now have been unable to figure out which company he is affiliated with. The description on otcmarkets.com (http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/LBRG/profile) describes Highin International Capital Ltd. as a consultant of LBRG which has also provided services to Samwell Spare Parts Ltd.

In the past I have been unable to connect Highin to with Mr. Lee, however, several months ago I found a short biogrpah of Mr. Jianhui Huang (a director of the company) (http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=SypfzLHbFA5oFhsSceVnvQ%253d%253d) with Highin. Mr. Huang’s biography was quite impressive and he serves as the Secretary for CITIC Offshore Helicopter Co., Ltd., a publicly traded company on the Chinese Stock Exchange.

In October a new job posting for Samwell Spare Parts Limited listed Mr. Alex Lee as the point of contact. In addition. Samwell Spare Parts Limited shares the address of Samwell Aviation Ltd. I found an old job posting for Samwell Aviation Ltd. which lists Mr. Lee as the point of contact and uses the same email address that Samwell Spare Parts uses.

There is evidence that Samwell Spare Parts and Samwell Aviation and CITIC Off Shore Helicopter all have an office with the same address and, I believe, shared phone number.

Samwell Aviation Ltd. has a helicopter aviation company they jointly own (I’ve seen different estimates as to the percentage owned by Samwell Aviation together with Citic Offshore Helicopter, COHC General Aviation Maintenance & Engineering Company. This Company appears to be huge.

My research and links are below. My best guess is that the Samwell Companies are merging into LBRG. Again, this is a guess but there is some compelling evidence.
