Yeah, I went to reorder powder too and I spoke to one of their really good CBD specialist... and he said the demand they have for it caused them to have to push their machine that does the powder process to its limits and they are in the middle of a repair. He said they are doing the backorders via phone so they can explain the situation and possible timeframes one could expect it to be on backorder. IMO, that is better than taking the orders and creating customer issues due to shipping expectations, etc.

This way they can under promise and over deliver.

The fact they have such demand for it that they are having to push their machines is a GOOOOOOD thing! ChaChing$$$
