HLT out of water soluble CBD. Will be back on line in "2-3" weeks. Sounds like they undersupplied and have a bottleneck in production to meet demand. Can be a GREAT thing can be a BAD thing. Depends... Thank goodness they are willing to take a manual back order but we can not do online back orders!

Kinda dumb to not take the back order online revenue and grow it at overnight rates...jess sayin'
