I wouldn't neccesarily valuate western grade's worth on the shares given them x today's pps. I was in another acquisition play- the company was valued @ $36m (based on their peers valuation at the time) Anyway. the company received 12m shares - the pps at the time was .20 - that is only $2.4m. Pps is now $3.50 and the 12m shares are worth $42mil.
