No lender cares one bit about the pricing the borrower happens to use. Its not their business. You make the payments, that's all they are concerned about. The pricing was low because unlike what all the experts said here, IMSCs technology was not so advanced as to warrant a premium price.
Geez, Citibank lends to tens of thousands of businesses. Does anyone actually think they are going through and looking at pricing that their borrowers use in their business? Gee, what does Citibank thing of the pricing of all 10,000? lol
I've said it many times here and I'll repeat it as many times as needed. The pinks sheets are the land of excuses. Blame management, blame the TSA, blame the lenders, blame the market makers, blame the shorts. I'm sure I missed a dozen other excuses. No, wait, now we have a new one, the pricing!
As has been said BEFORE this disaster was foreseen here by many posters, who saw that the signs of this awful business failing were beyond obvious. The LAST thing pink sheet shareholders do is look at themselves to blame for their losses. Instead blame others. It's on the first page of the pink sheet handbook.
