That may normally be the case, but if I had $100m on the line you can bet I would be VERY interested in every aspect of the business. I simply think you are dead wrong on claiming PP really didn't care about ISC pricing.

Yeah! Why would lenders care about the financial health of a borrower?!

Why would they add debt covenants to deals if they didn't care about how we operate our business?

It doesn't matter in relation to our situation, but lenders certainly care about a lot of things.
