I think it is important to note that you are referring to the ”tradable” float being approximately 80 million shares.

I think it is important to also note that the total float for BLDV right now pre-split is 4,550,948,978 shares OTC Markets:

This means that post-split, the ”total” float will be 455,094,897 shares. This is the number that will be reflected on OTC Markets.

I think I need to explain in a little greater detail why some have been saying that the ”tradable” float is going to be approximately 80 million shares. Here’s the logic…

MrK, with this BLDV TA Ungagging...

This is actually a very positive update and shows that BLDV cares about transparency with their shareholders by ungagging their Transfer Agent (TA). Even more important to note is the fact that 3,750,585,689 shares of BLDV are still in cert form which means that although they are classified as Free Trading shares, they are not a part of the Float. This means that the actual Float shares available for the public to purchase is 800,363,289 shares in the Float as derived from below:

4,550,948,978 - 3,750,585,689 = 800,363,289 Float Shares

So…

800,363,289 Float Shares Pre-split ÷ 10 Split Ratio = 80,036,328 shares for the tradable Float Post-split
