ChinaWorx, with that BLDV thought...

I'm not sure if I would say facilitated. All I did was make the introductions and allowed them to facilitate between each other to close the deal. I wanted it like that because I didn't want to be considered part of anything with the company on that level.

With TJ Management, the SEC had banned them from doing anything with any public company last I heard. I'm not sure the exact amount they own for shares as I have not made any effort to speak with anyone from TJ Management to get any further details. They probably wouldn't tell me anyways. I never learned the exact amount from those 3.7 billion shares that belonged to TJ Management. It could be anywhere from 1 share to 3.7 billion shares. I think maybe somewhere between 25% to 50% of that 3.7 billion shares belong to TJ Management from logical deduction based on thinking that some of those shares have to be owned by some Insiders. Again, I'm not sure as that is only a guess.

I didn't mean for the post to be so lengthy, but some of the horror stories I was starting to hear about what actually happened were just starting to get too far from the truth. I have no ill will towards any of those parties involved. Hopefully all parties have moved forward in their own directions without any ill will towards one another.

I think at one time the situation was fairly complex, but now it is very simple. That situation is in the past and BLDV has a new CEO that has absolutely nothing to do with that past situation, but he is aware of what transpired.
