i agree with you payers are going to have a hard time arguing to stop a drug that is working, but I am not so sure too many docs are going to push to continue a drug more than 2 years out - for all we know the risk of the drug at that point might be greater than the risk of stopping it in someone who is most likely cured if still in complete remission 2 years out
