Why does it say "Pocket Games, Inc." ?

I have a strange question... On the last page of the 8k, it says:
"The undersigned hereby irrevocably elects to convert $__________of the the principal amount of the above Note into shares of Common Stock of Pocket Games, Inc. according to the conditions hereof, as of the date written below."
