Unfortunately, I don't know that much American law either and this is hard to research because I cannot find an apples-to-apples precedent. Does that make sense? I am not a sue-happy person, but I do wish there was a reason to sue the sleazeballs at Maxim. And I will be dissatisfied if, somehow, the Roskamp Institute is allowed to continue its use of anatabine. And does that include the studies on Traumatic brain injury and Gulf War Illness.
By the way, there was some discussion about who owns the Intellectual Property and whether it is Johnny Williams. I was talking to my doctor friend last night (who still takes Anatabloc) and he pointed out that the patents are in RCPI's name. More questions...
