Didn't Maxims undercut the bid price when they aggressively dumped the stock ? Illegal ? Crime ?
Thus manipulating the stock price to the advantage of those who got ever more shares for the next amount of money they made available to RCPI ? Motif ?
When management tried to counter this death spiral with a massive reverse split ;
where the creditors previously waived the fact that conditions for loaning money were not met ,
now that the stock is made worthless by them , they all of a sudden use it as an excuse to pull their money back and demand instant payment of far more then they loaned : ensuring bankruptcy !
As our company seems to lose its rights on the patents : the real motif ???
I'm from Europe and don't know the American law , but isn't it possible for us shareholders to demand a criminal investigation to find out who's really behind it all ?
By the way Archer looses its investment in their drug when anatabine proves to be a better drug ?
