I think I should explain my reasoning a bit more..

Many days the stock hardly trades. And there are 1s available every day for people to buy. So it makes no sense that on a few days all the shares will be bought like 60 million or 90 million etc. Makes no sense. There is no huge buyer demand for these shares.

So what I think is happening is this stock is being placed with people. Either management or the restructure partner because that is exactly how I would do it. Management got diluted out of their stock and whoever (if anyone) is going to do something with this would need stock as well.

Also this can be done in conjunction with taking out any convertibles stuck due to the late filing maybe.

What I think these guys should do is 1- grab that small start up in India making a 600-700 buck windmill that is on the news and restructure and say you can for the cost of an iphone provide power for homes all over the world along with their existing products.
