Could you post a website or reference to that 600-700 dollar windmill? I have not seen any news on it. Is there a news stream for India's Windstream that you frequent? I have not seen any news online and the company's website and Facebook pages are useless.

In your post (included below) you are saying that stock is being placed somehow. I do not understand what you are saying and if you would, please clarify for me. The point is, there are way too few shares being traded to influence much of anything it seems to me. Are you saying that this "stock placement process" is dilutive and stocks are somehow coming from the infinite stash or are they coming from somewhere else? How can the "right" shares be rounded up so that some restructurers end up with an appropriate number of shares? I don't see what you are saying.

So what I think is happening is this stock is being placed with people. Either management or the restructure partner because that is exactly how I would do it. Management got diluted out of their stock and whoever (if anyone) is going to do something with this would need stock as well.

Also this can be done in conjunction with taking out any convertibles stuck due to the late filing maybe.
