Key point here is that ACAN's deal closing is a milestone and a real solid step to move forward to fulfill the big project.

The issue with previous years' capital raise is different for now. Currently, with many states including Massachusetts passing REC, the MJ market becomes red hot, raising capital for further development will become less an issue.
