How so?? No security collateral means no money!! All they have to offer any money is a lease and sub-tenant who needs money as well. You think anyone is going to write a check for $10Million just because these guys say the market is going to be YUGE? They live in fantasy land. I was hoping they had found an equity partner to go in with. That would have allowed for initial development and down the road expansion. What they have now done instead is stupid! I had two good flips with this and now its off to greener pastures. GLTA
