I actually don't think management was misleading much... especially the last CC right after Zapata deal was announced. They clearly said ETD business is not as valuable as it used to be and they clearly indicated the approximate ETD business sale price.

It's tag teams here that were misleading people. They kept making up fairy-tales that have nothing to do with reality. It's a cruel world.
