Just give me an example of exactly how you think the Platinum loans were "corrupt and misleading". Did they really not lend IMSC XX million dollars?

Then, I'm still looking for a single example in American legal history where a corporate issue with a lender, resulted in a debt being wiped out for a borrower.

You want to say "misleading" is crime? Well then is the IMSC CEO guilty of misleading investors when he said there were 5 or 6 bidders when the legal documents THEY FILED said there were 3?
