Try not to invent representations or put words in my mouth. At no time did I suggest these companies getting out of death spiral instruments were able to survive and THRIVE. Let's keep it real
You asked for examples because you only knew of two that were able to do this only because they got out before it ever got started. So, I gave you 2 other examples that happened this year.
Now, you're insisting they are doomed anyway because if they took death spiral funding in the first place, it's just a matter of time...or words to that effect. Well, you're really sticking your neck out with that one, huh? I mean, the same can be said of probably 95%+ of all penny stocks regardless of death spirals.
How these companies fair going forward isn't the point. The real point of this discussion is there are companies that have eliminated toxic paper and allowed themselves an opportunity to move forward....contrary to what you thought was possible. There are not a lot of them, but some do exist
