Sounds like you are admitting that Berman did make that text. It sounds illegal and CEO's at real companies have lost their jobs for less than that.

If you are agreeing how is it lies? How is it actionable? He does not have any duty to you or Berman at all. Wasn't Berman asking him to commit a crime?

No, but I think TAUG's case with Cowan is about to crumble and as I have stated previously, TAUG management and Johnny would eventually be counter sued. RICO is as good as any counter suit, in fact better than most.

I think you posted this on 9/27. After reading the deposition it does not appear TAUG's case is about to crumble. It looks like a slam dunk.

How is the RICO lawsuit counter suit coming against TAUG? Has Berman sued Johnny yet? Can you post the link to the suit when it Is Filed?
