and can't be refuted. Where are the 8Ks? It can easily be proved they don't exist on the EDGAR site.

If DDCC were a non-registered Pinky it could pump away, without any accountability to the market. Not unusual for a Pinky to buy an imaginary mine, or claim to be a commodities broker. Unfortunately DDCC is a registered stock, and has a regulatory obligation to file for material events, not to mention 10K financials. And be able to account for all previous PR claims made.

Don't worry, about 2-5 months from now DDCC stock should be



suspended or delisted by the SEC. Maybe FINRA can help accelerate things.
