WRONG. Just because the financial filings have been delayed, doesn't mean you can go assuming things and stating them as a proven fact. Come on you should know better than that. LOL Unless ofcourse you are hoping to trick people for your agenda.
Anyhow, the bottomline is that your tactics are not working and will never work on DDCC stock. About 2-5 months from now, you will see how futile your efforts have been.

Actually FINRA/SEC can suspend any stock at any time even if they don't report filings to the SEC. DDCC is a filer however and its coming close to SEC crunch time for suspension due to non disclosure.
