My take is that these courts have already made an internal decision as to the validity of claim holders as it relates to the timeline since 1994 to today. Facts being brought forward in these proceedings once all data is reviewed will clear this up much to the pain of severe illegalities by Barrick Gold Corporation as well as Chile's present and past Government.

In our favor my prediction is that the courts will uphold JL's claims to the restituted claim sites leading to a public court decision on the validity of the original injunction as well as its original intended purpose.TO PROVE LEGAL OWNERSHIP.

Chile will now join other South American countries in cleaning up its political base. Brazil and Argentina come to mind.
