WWTH owns ONLY 7% if Hang w/
We lost our 72% ownership because of $400 K in debt.
So this news really has no major financial effect to shareholders.
All I see coming is more toxic debt being cashed into another billion shares of dilution.
Andrew and Dave successfully played the shell game by getting WWTH shareholders to pay for Hang w/ while Hang w/ owned all the intellectual property and app library.
All we have left is toxic debt holding WWTH shares.

All the above is my opinion, after all who would believe me anyway since I drive a 1975 Vega!
