BP I happen to be reading a book called life after Hughes. It's an autobiography by one of Howard Hughes highest ranking officers. It has a chapter where he talks about the companies many battles regarding it's patents. One case actually took 26 years. It takes someone with a strong legal team and lots of patience to see cases through. Which I suspect is the reason most patent litigation companies come so close to folding. Millennial media merged and velt is just a shell at this point. Every now and then a case comes through and gets everyone excited but the truth is most wins are too few and far between to maintain a company. Which is the reason I weighed my belief on the NOL's.
