Last I checked FTR was not a charity and is beholden to its shareholders so no I do not care what charitable work they are doing. Also they are a consumer based company and rely on their customer base. So if their customer base shrinks it will affect their bottom line...And yes I am a jaded customer along with thousands others here in Texas that are looking for a way to get away from this company because they just don't care.....If they don't change the way they are doing things they will continue to lose support
