Too much toxic debt converted to common shares. Read the SEC filings. Another round it this is coming next per the last 8K.
WWTH is so broke they cannot file current financials, and have become a non reporting company.
The last run up were a bunch of pumpers that front loaded and then dumped their shares and moved on.
The rest are all bag holders, of which I am sad to say I am one myself.

All the above is my opinion, after all who would believe me anyway since I drive a 1975 Vega!
