Maybe it's peoples fear that SUNW keeps issuing new shares to make acquisitions. The worst dilution happened when Sunworks. They managed to do so with no cash and a still fictional '3d cell'. Very clever indeed - but they must restore some investor confidence. The fear of future dilution, and that it will keep the share price low for years to come --- is reflected on SUNWW , IMHO
