SUNWW has anti-dilutive clause built in, if a secondary happens, there's a ratchet clause here. These are safer, but more volatile than SUNW.

People are thinking the underlying ticker may never hit the strike, and that's ok- these will still trade out of the money. If they do get in the money, these will be an easy home run from these prices... If SUNW gets diluted further then these are protected. This is volatile, but this is too low, it'll bounce big imo.
