So you think they are going to wait until a court case is concluded to move forward?

Because they cant touch scotts personal accounts without a court order.

And the big shareholders dont care about a RS. Its value neutral so it wont do anything to them. They arnt planning on selling so if the RS drops the pps it wont effect them. Their shares are for control not day trading.
