Well a RS would reduce the number of shares we own. However, if that reduction in share count would correspond with a bigger/faster rise in PPS I would have no issue with it.

However, there are other options on the table too, so I'm merely looking forward to seeing the next steps as outlined by the company.

Because they cant touch scotts personal accounts without a court order.
