Thank you to the other poster for letting me know what "black trades" referred to, and RSH thanks as always for the trades.

This is all pure speculation and we all know this is most likely a company that is not going to move anywhere but just for the sake of talking.

It would seem to me that the .0002 early trades were someone trying to buy before the market opened when the market makers selling the .0001 were off, I see this happen a lot when there is still trading but only some market makers usually at the low for buys and at the high for sells.

A lot more shares traded than usual and some of these black trades. Maybe someone is going about this as I mentioned a long time ago. That would be if there was ever a restructuring the following things would have to happen.

1- Management would need some shares since theirs got diluted

2- The new investor would need a big position

3- The convertible notes would have to be frozen or dealt with in some fashion (or paid off or a combo of payments and hey, this is going up because we are doing xx so you hold some etc).

4- Some shares would be cancelled

Given all the shares out there it would not be impossible to accumulate a lot of shares on the cheap. This would have value for the steps above.

This would put people and management in a position to make money on any turnaround and substantial money at that .

Keep in mind that this company once had an overinflated pumped market value of 160 million.

Even getting a market value of 20 million would = .005 a share of 50x.

100 million shares for management as part of the deal would = 500k

If 2 billion shares were acquired and cancelled for 200k, the 100 million insiders owned =1 million dollars and so on.

If done right I figured much of the risk of investment would be back to the investors just on the increase in value of shares.

This of course assumes someone finds a good enough reason to even consider it .

But I have seen harder things happen.

Only a lotto ticket chance here but that is how i would do the deal along with the new financing and investors.

Everything I post is my own opinion and people should always do their own research and due diligence on any company they are looking at
