Price Changes Low Volume Very Sketchy

Is anyone else a little thrown off by this stock's patterns? I've owned Virtra for years now. I can remember the 19.5 cent peak two years ago with the subsequent tanking to 8 cents. After all the great strides this year it seemed like we were on the right path. Then yesterday I nearly dropped my phone when we hit .30 and even more surprised to see us peak at .335. Then, today happened...

Can someone explain how a stock can have 158 million shares outstanding but see such a drastic price change on 91k share volume?

How do we start the day at .3, fall to .25 and then rise to .28 on only 91k shares?
