Key words are "expanding...its manufacturing and depot center in Largo, Florida." It could be a large order and the commercial customer has a competitive reason for temporary secrecy, or it could be just a small order and the Navy wants its side of the manufacturing plant separate and secure. Regardless, Mikros Systems has arrived.
