I think Volentine was the loser. I would figure he did not own any stock based on his opinions... So why did he continue to bad mouth the company?

Just figuring he would have moved on. Owning a stock is optional. You can buy or sell whenever you want Perhaps looking back at his situation maybe he feels like he should have just moved on. I mean in the end he is going to spend thousands and thousands of dollars and who "wins"...

Hypothetically if SFRX wins a judgment he can just never pay. If Volentine wins. He gets what maybe some attorneys fees paid.

In my opinion pump and dumpers do not always have anything to do with the company. Individuals that spend countless hours posting on boards trying to manipulate the stock price one way or the other should be sued. They are a big burden on a company trying to do business.

Volentine is reaping what he sowed. And in the end only he can say the stress and time devoted into a lawsuit was or wasn't worth it.

Attorneys are the real winners and the case will continue for years and years to come.
