What a minute, KK Fudd claimed the (ahem).....

LOSER, as you called the Defendant, made the stock price drop.

Either shareholders believe that or they don't. The stock price CONTINUES it's decline and as Judge Stephens said SFRX has to prove the following;

1) The posts were false

2) The posts made the stock price drop

To suggest it has nothing to do with the LOSER CEO here is beyond absurd. Plus the KOWARD is refusing to stand behind an agreement he made by turning over the ClearTrust docs.
