noretreat....question for you.(...and everyone)

I share the same disappointment as well. but the potential, if it can develop as an investment worth holding ....The share price in this chart pattern is showing that stagnation now, at this 'bottom zone' ...there is a capping resistance overhead around 1.40 that needs breaking thru. and below is clear sailing down to retest the bottom around 1 dollar ,like its waiting for the next shoe to drop.
My question is ,IF we see another drop down to test the 1.00-1.10 target,would you be buying more shares ? Ive been toying with the idea,...doing something with CTIX soon, either sell some if the 1.40 capping continues,and or buy some if it falls to 1 dollar again.just curious if youre considering adding more at 1 dollar.
