My time horizon is generally 3 years, although I have waited 5 in some cases when it looked like decent chances for a nice return. I will trade out an overbought situation, even on high potential stocks (did that yesterday in fact), but I have to admit to being burned by doing that a few times.

I still hold a position here, but remain disappointed with the recent change in direction.
