IRS would allow Fab 42 to be depreciated over 30-40 years so I would expect that it is being depreciated now, at least on the tax return. Public accountants are reluctant to see depreciable costs sit on the books and not be charged against earnings but I am not up to date on the current state of GAAP accounting. The tax footnote in the next annual report may shed some light on this.
