Great...good to hear.

Yes, I'd love to see what they expend on just LAWSUITS alone...

The Northstar suit implicates they have "high" legal costs to say the least....I'd guess it's consuming an enormous amount of whatever cash they raise via dilution and once salaries are paid to the "two", there's little to no cash left each qtr, again, as spelled out in the Northstar suit and backed up by their own SEC filings, which the Northstar suit cites for it's own reference.

Gonna be hard to "explain" the condition of the company in front of some judge IMO, and then, after filing all these FORM 4's AFTER MARKET CLOSE ON A FRIDAY, a DAY AFTER THEY WERE SERVED THE LAWSUIT....that, "Hey, it's all cool, nothing to see here, the company's doing swell..all is good and we got the shareholders and everything else under control", LOL !!

Gonna be a tough sell in front of that judge IMO. That attorney Northstar hired is no sluff looks like to me... I get this "gut feeling", this isn't the first time this dude has filed a MOTION FOR RECEIVERSHIP and understands how and why to request and use one....JUST MY OPINION on reading his eloquent and "sharp tongued" writing style, and all in a 12 page "MOTION" to the court. It's pretty compelling to me...but hey.. what the heck do I know, I'm certainly no freaking attorney...but if on a jury...I'd buy his argument for a RECEIVERSHIP as being very valid sounding.
