I expect they are doing a share conversion w a price in the 3 cent range. Maybe they update it when they have to increase the authorized? They can get 28 million shares right now. So we would be 278 million O/S w Falak and insiders having 61.1% majority. If they issued the other 50 million to insiders it gives them 64%

The other thought is what percentage does Falak want to obtain prior to announcement?
