i will be surprised at a share conversion right now. We have no idea what direction they are going. Once we find out Shala broke ground, We can figure out what's going on. At this point I can't see what purpose a share conversion would do. They have plenty of shares and I don't see them diluting or raising the O/S with only shala. If they would get into other good renewable deals, then I can see them issuing more shares for growth. We haven't grown yet? If we don't hear something soon, it will be a long winter.
