Cost basis isn't everything but it sure comes close to defining an investor's commitment. The opportunity to redefine a previously established cost basis is right this very moment. This explains my having filled out my position. Yet I expect to be adding still more, should I find I can beat up on my new cost basis, driving it still lower.

You've got to love this volatility, right? It brings so much opportunity to those reserving some dry powder in the expectation that significant swoons will occur.
