Obviously biased reporting is rampant.
Anyway, a Judge recuses HIMSELF. Someone doesn't recuse him. If he feels he can be fair and impartial, then Trumps next step would be an appeal of an unfavorable ruling.
More to the point though, Trump has been claiming the Mexicans will be happy to have the wall and even pay for it. Now he claims because a Judge is Mexican, he's against Trump and his wall......so which is it?

Just my opinion, of course.
